Basically a Dm vamp, which moves up half step to an Ebm vamp. Both chords are minor 6, the sound of the 2 chord. You can tell this by listening to the bassline, starts around 0:33.

Basically a Dm vamp. The main guitar strumming pattern (0:08) also features the natural 6. Along with the bassline which plays a G at this moment, it can also feel like a G7.

2 chord (Em) works best as a minor with a 2 (like a min9) due to the melody singing the 2nd of the chord. 1 chord works best as a major 7
