Continuing with the next set (the D, G, B strings), we repeat much of the same material from Chapter 1, with an added emphasis on progressions, different musical approaches for these shapes, chord melodies, and writing.
This is the biggest chapter of Building Chords, and also contains three separate side series at various points in the material:

A mini series in the middle of Chapter 2, where we focus on using our chord shapes as lead figures, or as a visual way to navigate the fretboard when coming up with single lines. In summary, instead of soloing visualizing scales we will be visualizing chords.
Chords as Leads 1 will focus on Major, we will get into minor and much more in Chords as Leads II.
A mini series at the end of Chapter 2, where we focus on practicing Transitional sounds that we use to pull our ears into the next moment of the music. Incredibly valuable, and extremely common.
Be prepared to use Diminished, "5 ofs", the Parallel Minor, and all of these tools to enhance otherwise simple songs.
